B2B returns require authorization and follow the applicable quotation, purchase order or distribution agreement.

Warranty Protection

Eligible manufacturing defects are handled through the claim process below.

One-year limited coverage

Unless a signed sales agreement states otherwise, Portara warrants approved products against verified manufacturing defects for one year from the documented B2B delivery date. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected where applicable.

Making a claim

  1. Contact info@portarapump.com before returning any product.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, model and batch information, a clear problem description, and supporting photos or video.
  3. Allow reasonable inspection or testing. If approved, the remedy may be repair, replacement, replacement parts or commercial credit at Portara’s discretion and subject to the sales agreement.

Exclusions

Coverage does not include misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, dry running, incorrect power supply, unsuitable liquids, corrosion, accidents, improper storage, or shipping damage not attributable to Portara. B2B return rights are governed by the applicable quotation, order or distribution agreement.
